  • Where can you deliver?

Currently, Gskyer products can be delivered to the United States. Please check with customer service for other areas.

  • Shipping Charges.
    Free shipping across the US (excluding Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii).

 

  • When will I receive my order?

In general, parcels sent to the USA will arrive within 2-7 business days after we take the order. It takes around 1-3 business days for us to prepare the products. So please be at ease if there is still no shipping confirmation information sent to you. If there's anything wrong with your parcel, we will notify you within 5 business days. However, please allow a few days delay if it's during a special offer or promotion. For other countries, the shipping time depends on the distance between our shipping warehouse and the customer's address. In general, it will arrive between 10-30 business days.

  • You can cancel your order before we ship it out.

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

  • How do I track my order?

Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.

  • What if I have not received the order?

International shipping might experience delay due to covid-19. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email gskyerservice@outlook.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

  • Taxes and other charges

Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra taxes or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

  • Return Policy

If your purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To return an item (excluding sample products), the item must be new, unused, and resalable. Refunds will be provided after the items have been received and inspected by Gskyer. Refunds will be issued once we receive and confirm the return package. Please note that it can take 3-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank provider. If your original payment method is a credit card, it may take 1 to 2 weeks to process the bank's refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Taxes and any other charges incurred by the customer are non-refundable.
