Return Policy
Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of deliveryto request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
To start a return, please email gskyerservice@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos of the product
- A brief description of the reason for return
Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns must be authorized by Gskyer before being shipped back.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be received by Gskyer within 15 days of receiving return authorization.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable, like-new condition.
- Customers are responsible for packaging the product properly to prevent damage during return shipping.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or improperly packaged may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first to request an exchange.
- If the exchange is required due to a product defect or an error on our side, all related costs (including return shipping and reshipping costs) will be fully covered by Gskyer.
- If the exchange is requested due to customer preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer must contact us to arrange the exchange, and all shipping costs associated with the exchange will be borne by the customer.
General Return Process
1. Request a Return
Email gskyerservice@outlook.com with your order number and photos and/or videos of the product.
Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
2. Ship the Product Back
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and return instructions.
For returns that are not related to a product defect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking, delivery confirmation, and/or shipping insurance.
Gskyer is not responsible for return packages that are lost or not delivered.
3. Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product.
If the return meets our requirements, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Defective Products
If your product arrives defective, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Please email gskyerservice@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos and/or videos showing the issue
If your return is approved as a defective-product return, Gskyer will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Please return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received so our team can inspect it for manufacturing defects.
If the product is damaged during return shipping because of inadequate packaging, Gskyer may apply a restocking fee or refuse the return.
If our inspection determines that the product does not have a manufacturing defect, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label may be deducted from your refund.
Important: If you return a defective product using your own shipping method instead of the prepaid label provided by Gskyer, your return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Gskyer will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is due to the customer's preference or other non-defective reason:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact your bank or credit card provider first. If you still need assistance, contact us at gskyerservice@outlook.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have been shipped.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
